I, landowner, grant to the Division of Fisheries and Wildlife (Division) temporary access over my property for the  purpose of accessing the pond limited to the time period noted below. I also give permission to the Division to engage in invasive plant control activities on my property along the pond shore, including cutting or pulling of invasive plant species and application of herbicide using multiple techniques including but not limited to glove/wick wipe, foliar, basal bark and cut stem treatments. The Division and I will agree upon work dates for these activities.
The Division shall be responsible for complying with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations, including but not limited to, the Massachusetts Endangered Species Act, the Wetlands Protection Act, and the Pesticide Control Act. The Division shall be liable for property damage or personal injury associated with its activities in accordance with the Tort Claims Act  (M.G.L. c. 258). I have included warnings about dangers on my property known to me.
