Please note that a Good Cause extension request will also need to be filed via the Extension Request Form in the SMART portal for the Solar Tariff Generation Unit (STGU) in question. Filing the Good Cause extension request in the SMART portal will place the STGU back in Extension Review status while the Good Cause request is pending with the Department.
If yes, please upload documentation below demonstrating the fee-based extension has been received by the STGU (e.g. copy of the confirmation email from the PowerClerk application portal sent by the Solar Program Adminstrator, CLEAResult). If no, the STGU is not yet eligible for a good cause extension per Section 6(e) of the Statement of Qualification Reservation Period Guideline.
The STGU is not eligible and you can not submit this form.
