      Regular Route Carriers

      Certificate of Public Convenience and Necessity

      This section must be completed by applicants who propose to operate as a “regular route common carrier service”. A regular route common carrier service means any route or systems of routes over which a motor bus or motor buses are regularly operated, and which are under the ownership or control of an individual, company or corporation which is licensed to operate the same.

      Applicants must obtain permission from each municipality  along the route. Applicants must obtain a municipal license from each city and town in which buses will be operated.
