  • Your numeric "Customer ID" from our legacy application is no longer used for login. If you have not done so already, click the New Account link and you will be able to create a new username and password.

Please note:

  • We launched a new online registration system on 1 September 2016. Please confirm that you have created a new online account after September 1, 2016 before requesting a password reset.

  • If you have an account in our new online system and have exceeded the number of failed login attempts allowed, your account will be locked. In this case, you may complete and submit this form in order to unlock your account.

  • Your new password will be sent to the email address used to create your account.

Please Note:

  • Has your registration been expired for more that 4 years? If so, you will not be able to renew online

  • Enter the registration number in all CAPs with no spaces between characters

  • Enter the registered owners last name in all CAPs.

  • Make sure you are using the zip code from your physical address (not your mailing address, if different)

  • Did you register as a business? Vehicles and vessels that are registered under a business cannot be renewed online
