The Healey-Driscroll Administration is pleased to announce the Accessory Dwelling Unit Incentive Program to further encourage and unlock the construction of Accessory Dwelling Units (ADUs) in Massachusetts.

The ADU Incentive Program is still in development and will promote ADU construction by providing outreach and education, along with technical and financial assistance to eligible property owners looking to construct an ADU on their property.
