FPO REQUEST FOR CREDENTIAL CREDIT APPLICATION - NFPA 1030

This application is required for any fire service-related training that does not appear on the Approved Training List for the respective credentials that credit is being requested.

This application can be submitted:

  • At any time before or after the training has occurred
  • By the Sponsoring Institution, Training Coordinator, Instructor, Speaker, Student or Attendee

Once submitted, it will be reviewed and the applicant notified of the status via email.

If credit is approved, it will be added to the Approved Trainings List with an Approval # and then can be included within the Professional Development category #7 of an applicant’s credential application portfolio.
