Massachusetts Digital Service partners with organizations across state government to transform how residents, visitors, businesses and government agencies interact with the Commonwealth. Our mission is to use the best technology, design, and data to make every interaction with Massachusetts government simpler, faster, and more meaningful. When you join the Mass Digital User Experience Improvement Program you'll periodically receive invitations to complete surveys or sign up for research activities. You don't need to be good with computers or websites to participate! Most sessions can be taken online from your computer or phone. You will choose a day and time that fits your schedule and participate only in the activities of your choosing. Sessions typically range between 15-90 minutes and offer $15-150 gift cards for participating.
