Support Information

  • OMST will act as the coordinating body to ensure adoption, alignment, and consistent
    communication with participants.
  • Tyler Technologies will be responsible for delivery of services and periodic account
    check-ins to ensure service adoption and a successful trial of the services in full.
  • A contract will be established between the participating municipality and Tyler
    Technologies directly for the trials themselves via a no-cost quote and for any subsequent services continued post-trial. Any potential cost for continuing post-trial services will be presented to participating clients upfront before beginning the trial period.   • I understand that the trial will run for 60 days, which will commence on the date of installation for each site. Tyler Technologies will track the evaluation period in coordination with OMST and participating organizations.
  • Tyler allocates 4 hours per client for installation and configuration of all selected services. Should the configuration and implementation go beyond the 4 hours, there will be no charge; these instances are rare.
  • For environments where direct cloud integration (a private, dedicated network connection that links your on-premises infrastructure directly to a cloud service provider, bypassing the public internet) is not possible, we can leverage a hybrid model, utilizing an onsite syslog server for devices that cannot send logs directly to the cloud.
  • A cloud-only deployment is available for simplified setup and reduced on-premises infrastructure requirements.
  • Clients receive full technical support during the trial period, equivalent to that provided to paying customers.
  • Services will commence on the date of the install and will remain in effect for sixty (60) days.
  • Your designated a primary point of contact commits to timely coordination, response to technical questions and participation in check-in sessions.
  • Provide timely access to relevant IT systems and infrastructure for service deployment.
  • Commit to a minimum of two check-in sessions during the pilot between all parties and at least two separately with OMST to share feedback and review service highlights.
