MCAD Training Registration and Request Form


To see a description of currently offered MCAD trainings, please visit the MCAD's website at https://www.mass.gov/mcad-training or follow the links below. All pre-scheduled trainings are held via Zoom, and participants must be on camera with access to a microphone. Private trainings may be held in-person at your location, at an MCAD office, or on Zoom. If the private training is being held virtually, all participants are required to be on camera with access to a microphone.

Cancellation Policy

Trainings must be cancelled at least two weeks (14 calendar days) before the training date; if cancelled at least two weeks (14 calendar days) before the training date, trainings may be rescheduled one time with no penalty. Cancellation or rescheduling within two weeks (14 calendar days) of training date will result in an $800 rescheduling fee.
